Jocelyn Ko currently leads the B2B practice at Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Singapore.
She drives H+K’s B2B offering, and lends her strategic communications expertise across the practices. She is an experienced issues and crisis management consultant, and a part of H+K’s training faculty as a crisis communications and media trainer for clients in Singapore and the region.
Jocelyn is the lead issues and crisis advisor for Compass Group in Asia Pacific, where she provides high-level strategic counsel to help them manage risk on a wide range of issues such as virus outbreaks, food contamination, supply chain and other industry issues.
For the past 10 years, Jocelyn has worked with many businesses and institutions across different sectors, from technology, energy + industrials, health + wellness, to government + public sector. She is an expert in helping brands navigate crowded markets and challenges, through effective communication campaigns that comprise insights-driven planning and robust execution.
Jocelyn has worked with leading technology brands such as Huawei, Google, Cisco Systems, Dell EMC, VMware, Nutanix, Tata Consultancy Services, CyberSource, Alibaba, Phillips, and Intel, and was a key advisor in the development of executive, internal, partner, customer, and event communications. In keeping at the forefront of technology trends and themes, Jocelyn produced Asia’s first ever Digital Disruption Summit in 2015, and helped to launch the first ever thin form factor PC – Intel’s Ultrabook series – in Asia Pacific, back in 2011.
She has also worked with Shell, Collins Aerospace, Embraer, SES, Commscope, BASF, Borouge, Caterpillar, Givaudan, the Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS), Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, Merlin Entertainments, the Singapore Police Force (SPF), and the Singapore Tourism Board.
Jocelyn is trained in internal communications and change management, and her work includes the award-winning “Power of One” change management campaign for UEM Berhad, and various employee communications campaigns for Yum! Asia, British American Tobacco (BAT), Allergen, and Merck.
